These Terms and Conditions govern your use of OldSchoolCamera. By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the App

You may use the App for personal, non-illegal purposes. You are responsible for your use of the content you create with the App.

2. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, branding, and software components, is owned by the developer unless otherwise stated.

3. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

5. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates means you accept the updated terms.

6. Auto-renewing subscriptions (in-app purchases)

OldSchoolCamera may offer auto-renewing subscriptions and optional non-consumable unlocks processed through the Apple App Store. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple and your Apple ID account settings.

• Billing. Subscription fees are charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase and on each renewal unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal. Your subscription renews automatically for the same duration and price (subject to Apple’s storefront rules) until you cancel.
• Cancellation. You can cancel or manage subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device, or as described in Apple’s subscription management support article.
• Free trials and introductory offers. If Apple or the App Store presents a trial or introductory price, any unused portion may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, as shown at purchase time.
• Refunds. Refund requests are subject to Apple’s policies and are processed by Apple, not by the developer, except where required by applicable law.
• Price changes. If Apple or the storefront changes pricing, Apple will notify you according to its standard subscription-change flow.

The legal relationship for App Store purchases also includes Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) unless a separate custom EULA is presented in App Store Connect for this app.
